weirdly busy day as the day goes by, the clear intention even written can be forgotten and stop being clear but still be as im writing my blog post. but what about the things that a person can get long with the majority of the persons that get to meet. start thinking for quite some time and not be as social as a person can be, it's just that the person needs to have as much experience as possible so to be quite clear in his upbringing, thats why doing (could be even alone) is the thing to be

today i saw the result of a clear intention, as i was running i did set an object as to where i was heading and where the end was, giving it some kind of a last push that was going to be harder than before (faster). so my intention was clear (the object was red) and as i was running i solemnly fixated the object and some kind of energy kept pushing me so i ran even faster than in the beginning, and somehow my awareness shifted from the injuries that i have and was brought back to the feeling of the past (how i used to run), by the time i started to get closer and the object i did set my intention on started to look bigger and some new information coming in, the intention wasn't as clear as it was in beginning so instead of going faster i started to run slower but as the red object was still set it wasn't as slow as in beginning. many other new informations didn't let me go for the extra mile. when do the intention for the extra mile needs to be set? and also how long is it...

been talking a lot about clear intention, and again. how can a clear choice not be acted upon and miss an opportunity or for the least be postponed. been thinking lately about the interpretation of some life event to not make you go further on your clear path and the implication that our neurological wiring can have on those wrong interpretation,

today is a sunday, in this contemporary time we can even call it a holiday, haven't done that much thinking and it feels good. is it living by our subconscious? but that what it was most of the time. still i did bring back my edgy awareness couple of times and missed bringing it back many times. as for over thinking without our the clear intention (organised thoughts) can have some negative impact.

building habits is apparently a good way to go said seth godin, we almost tomorrow now and havent done my blog post (which is what im doing now), i got a saying from seth godin as well saying that the good thing about blogging is because its tomorrow. i still dont know the effect of reading blog post from the past did some running this morning and it felt great, i just get a little point de cote on the right side of my stomach or whatever it is that hurts, i always relate it to water even if today just had a sip or two. i felt really low on energy but still i had no energy intake
