is a day to day meditation a by coming practice that has been practiced in Islam for decades with ground breaking results that can be felt and seen. none the less today is a day where it all comes together to believe that its the time that it all come together with a clear vison that is but has to be defined for it to be clear, it all started with a cold shower and the envy to take it slow for the principle of selfishness to be experienced at first and maybe thats what one has to be at first in the morning. for one to be selfish a plan has to be. planners are the masters of selfishness. for the plan to be clear one intetions have to be defined at first and for them to be clear one has to be with himself very clear at first, and not let the gethering of old emotions drive his choices as it come to that in the end. for me my first intention in this world that we experiencing is to have a + contribution and for it to be one start with himself and thats personnal devolopement and i co...
