staying here in Vietnam thinking about my life and how this trip to south Asia and see how defining that can be for me in the future, all that with the israeli palistinian conflict rising to the top and knowing thats not going to stop for the moment and most certainly escalat to a global aspect

 brain wave pattern are five interesting states of mind, subscious (alpha theta and delta)  conscious (beta and gamma) and how gamma is the continuous self creating states of mind and how changes are created. and how high level beta is the stress response to the outer world that can even manifest miracles in the outer world when related to survival experiences (probably moved to gamma from high level beta). the movement to gamma through well synchronized brain wave pattern can have miraculous results and that is called spontaneous remenitions
